1. You will get a good paying job in an American hospital, with an annual guaranteed salary of between $45,800-$68,600 USD for Nurse and $52,000 - $75,000 for Physical Therapist for three shifts a week, 12 hours each. The amount of salary depends on your experience. Overtime hours are available and paid at a 50% higher hourly rate. We do not deduct anything from your wages! Our fees are paid directly by the hospital.
2. You will get an excellent benifits package, including medical, dental and eye insurance, pension plan, disability insurance, life insurance, 5 weeks of paid leave and other benefits received by an American nurse in the same position and with the same level of work experience.
3. You will get a long-term working visa or permanent resident status in the U.S. (a "green card") for you and your whole immediate family. Cambridge will support you in adjusting to life in America and resolving day-to-day questions of assimilation.
4. Cambridge assumes costs associated with the program: it pays for training and educational classes, tests, services, immigration lawyers to obtain a visa (for you and your family). We also bear the costs of travel to on-site examinations and travel to the USA for you, and a program of orientation in the USA. If you are accepted into the program, you do not have to pay us anything. All our fees are paid by the hospitals. |
